Automation for the jobs people forget.
Business process automation takes the repetitive, rule-based work off your team — alerts, follow-ups, data syncs, reports and checks — and runs it the same way every time. Our own platforms run on it: Emerson POS syncs inventory across branches in under a second, and Emerson CRM never lets a follow-up slip.

What we automate
Every business has jobs that depend on someone remembering
Those are the first ones worth automating — frequent, rule-based and thankless. Software does them the same way every time.
Alerts and notifications
Emails and messages that fire the moment something happens — a booking paid, a payment failed, a document about to expire.
01Report generation
Reports built straight from the data on a schedule — no manual calculation, no copy-paste into templates at month end.
02Document workflows
Paperwork prepared, filled and sent without anyone retyping it — confirmations, contracts and case updates in the background.
03Data syncs between systems
Orders, stock, hours and invoices kept in step through APIs and scheduled jobs — the same engine keeps Emerson POS aligned across branches in under a second.
04Test automation
Automated test suites, including browser tests, that check every release before it goes live — so regressions never reach customers.
05Platform story · Emerson POS
One sale, every branch knows in under a second
A retail sale is a small event; multiplied by hundreds a day across branches, stale inventory becomes overselling, stockouts and wasted runs. When we built Emerson POS, the automation brief was simple: the moment one branch sells or restocks, every other screen that cares should already know — no export, no re-keying, no “let me check”.
The problem
Each branch kept its own count, and staff re-keyed sales into a central sheet at closing time. Between the sale and the spreadsheet, the numbers were already wrong — items sold out across town while the screen still promised stock, and owners discovered the discrepancies a month later, in reconciliation.
None of this needed more staff or more discipline. It needed the record to update itself the instant reality changed — and to tell whoever needed to know.
What we built
A real-time sync engine
Every billing event publishes instantly — the same real-time engine keeps Emerson POS inventory aligned across branches in under a second.
One entry, everywhere
Data is typed once at the till. No end-of-day exports, no central spreadsheet, no re-keying by hand.
Automated low-stock alerts
Thresholds fire alerts before a shelf runs empty, so reordering starts before the stockout — not after it.
Billing in seconds
Sub-second billing keeps the queue moving at rush hour — automation that pays for itself in line length.
Decisions from live data
Owner dashboards read the same live record — what sold, what is low, what is slow — not month-end reconstructions.
Where it stands
Branches run on one live record, the queue keeps moving at rush hour, and the numbers the owner reads come from the same data the till writes. That is what good automation feels like: boring, invisible, and always right.

One job at a time — proven before the next goes live
Find the repeats
We list the jobs people do by hand every day or week, and what each one costs in time and mistakes.
One job at a time
Each automation is built, tested on real cases and switched on separately — with a person able to override it.
Check it keeps working
Every automation logs what it did, and failures alert a person instead of failing silently.

What to automate first
Frequent, rule-based and annoying — in that order
The best candidates pay back fastest. These six usually top the list.
Alerts people should not miss
New sales, enquiries, failed payments, expiring documents — the moments where silence costs money.
Follow-ups that get forgotten
Review requests, reminders and renewals sent on a schedule — the follow-up no longer depends on memory.
Data re-keyed between tools
Orders, stock and invoices copied by hand from one screen to another — the first thing software should take over.
Checks against a rulebook
Compliance, certification and licence-expiry checks that flag problems early instead of at audit time.
Routing incoming work
Every ticket, request or lead sent to the right person automatically — with AI where the input is messy.
Leave judgment calls to people
Automate the steps around a decision, then let a person make it — refunds, hiring and pricing exceptions included.
Automation in action
Running in production — not in a slide deck
Our own platforms run on these automations every day. The same engineering goes into yours.
