Every client. One record. Nothing leaks.
A CRM keeps every client, conversation and commitment where the whole team can see it. We build custom CRMs and client portals around how you actually work — the same discipline behind Emerson CRM, the platform we built for ourselves and run our own sales on.

What we build into a CRM
One place that shows where every client stands
Most teams outgrow a spreadsheet of clients long before they need a full sales CRM. What they need is one shared record — and the automations that keep it honest.
One record per client
Contacts, history, files and every conversation on a single screen — the same rule Emerson CRM has followed since day one.
01Every channel in one place
Email, WhatsApp, web forms and calls feeding one shared inbox — so a lead is never trapped in someone’s private thread.
02Pipelines that match your process
Stages shaped around how you actually sell, deliver or renew — not the generic deals-and-stages model a standard tool forces on you.
03Client portals
Self-serve logins where clients check progress, approve work and download files — without a phone call to your team.
04Automated follow-ups
Onboarding steps, reminders and handovers that run on their own, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
05Platform story · Emerson CRM
The CRM we built for ourselves first
Before we sold a single CRM, we needed one. Our own leads, queries and follow-ups were spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads — and things leaked. So we built Emerson CRM for our own pipeline, ran our own business on it, then perfected it for the world. It is the proof behind every client CRM we build.
The problem
Enquiries arrived from every direction — web forms, WhatsApp, email, calls — and each team member kept their own private list. Nobody could answer the two questions that decide a service business: who talked to this client last, and what did we promise them? Deals died quietly in unread messages.
None of this needed exotic technology. It needed one shared record, visible to the whole team, that made the next follow-up impossible to forget.
What we built
One record per client
Every contact, conversation and file lands on a single client timeline — no more private lists that vanish when someone is on leave.
Visual sales pipelines
Leads move through stages everyone can see, so the pipeline is a picture of reality — not a guess recited in a meeting.
Query and ticket management
Every client question becomes a trackable query with an owner and a status. “Nothing leaks” is a rule the system enforces.
Follow-up automations
Reminders, onboarding steps and handovers fire on their own — the follow-up no longer depends on someone remembering.
Email and WhatsApp built in
Conversations happen where clients already are, and land back on the client record automatically.
Where it stands
Emerson CRM now runs our own sales — the pipeline, the queries, the follow-ups and the numbers the owners actually look at. Then we opened it to clients. That is the standard for every CRM we build: the team has to want to use it on day one, or nothing else matters.

Built around the roles who will live in it every day
Map the relationship
We follow one client from first contact to repeat work, and list every place their information lives today.
Build around real roles
Sales, delivery and support each get the views and permissions they need — shown in weekly demos on real data.
Bring the history across
Contacts and history are cleaned, moved in a test batch you check, then migrated in full — old and new run side by side.

Decide early
Six decisions that decide whether the team actually uses it
A CRM fails when the team keeps a private spreadsheet on the side. These six keep the whole team on one record.
The shape of a client
What one record holds — contacts, files, projects, tickets — decides everything else. Get it wrong and the team keeps a spreadsheet on the side.
Pipeline vs process
Sales funnels are not the only shape. Projects, renewals and cases need their own stages, or the CRM becomes fiction.
Roles and permissions
Sales, delivery and finance should not see the same screens. Permissions designed late are permissions nobody trusts.
The migration plan
Years of contacts and history are the riskiest part of any CRM project. It gets mapped and tested first — not last.
Two-way integrations
Billing, email and scheduling must read from and write back to the CRM — or the team quietly stops trusting the record.
Adoption by design
A CRM only works if the team uses it. We build around the roles who live in it daily — and demo weekly with their own data.
