Our Solution
We built a React Native app with online booking, HL7/FHIR integration for medical records, prescription refill flows and push-based care reminders. Offline appointment caching and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility made it usable for every patient demographic.
The Results
The app reached 1.2M downloads in fourteen months with a 4.8★ average rating across both stores. Support call volume fell 47% and 30-day retention sits at 58%.
