Our Solution
We built a React Native app with five-minute micro-lessons, on-device speech scoring via TensorFlow Lite, streak mechanics and spaced-repetition review. Subscriptions run through both app stores with a cross-platform entitlement layer, and lessons cache for offline commuting.
The Results
The app reached 700K downloads with 4.9★ across stores. Week-one drop-off fell from 84% to 41%, and day-30 retention stabilized at 55%.
