The Challenge
TapTill's counter terminals created bottlenecks during morning rushes, with average checkout at 74 seconds. Staff had no mobile way to take orders, split bills or manage stock mid-shift.
Our Solution
We built a React Native POS companion connecting to their terminal platform via local network and cloud sync. Features include QR order-ahead, mobile split-bill payments, offline transaction buffering and a shift dashboard for live sales and stock alerts.
The Results
Checkout time dropped 39% to 45 seconds, and queue abandonment fell 61% across the 2,300 cafés now live. Order accuracy improved to 99.1% with digital ticketing.
