The Challenge
Ironvale ran four plants on spreadsheets and a DOS-era system, with 6% order error rates and inventory blind spots that caused weekly production stoppages.
Our Solution
We built a modular ERP on Next.js, NestJS and PostgreSQL covering inventory, BOMs, shop-floor scheduling and finance, with barcode scanning on the floor via PWAs. EDI integrations with 18 suppliers automated procurement, and role-based dashboards replaced the nightly report chase.
The Results
Order errors fell 81% and plant-level inventory accuracy reached 99.3%. Production stoppages from stockouts dropped to zero over the last two quarters.
