We rebuilt the portal on Next.js with ISR, Algolia-backed geo search returning in 80ms, and a Prisma/PostgreSQL listing core. Agent tools include bulk listing uploads, performance analytics and lead routing, while programmatically generated area pages target 90K local keywords.
